Telephone Game |

10:10-10:25am – Icebreaker (15 mins) |
Utilizing a classic game, mentees will engage in a couple of rounds of Telephone to warm up their active listening skills. |
While engaging mentees with the telephone game, mentors will encourage active listening in preparation for the upcoming quality building tour. |

Tour Preparation (Safety / Instructions) |

10:25-10:45am – Activity 1 (10 / 10 mins) |
Mentees will utilize their active listening skills in preparation for the tour. There will be a Safety Discussion outlining the rules of the tour, followed by instructions from the Quality Group. |
Encourage your mentees to engage in active listening while your colleagues articulate the rules and instructions for the tour for the sake of their safety. |

Quality Building Tour |

10:45-11:20am – Activity 2 (35 mins) |
Explore the Quality Building with their mentors and Quality Group members. |
Learn more about the Quality Building and what your colleagues do as we highlight this aspect of what makes Toyota great – quality! |
