Nine Dots Challenge |

Encouraging outside the box thinking, the mentees will work together to create a solution from the challenge presented. |
Mentors will monitor the progress of the mentee activity, encouraging them to think outside the box and managing the conversation as they work through a solution.

UGLI Oranges |

10:25-11:25am – Activity 1 (60 mins) |
The mentees will be asked to utilize their skills to negotiate with another group for the benefit of all. |
Serving as the third parties, the mentors will help in the negotiations as needed and will encourage the students to resolve the problem by thinking outside the box.

11:25-11:30am – Wrap-up, mentees escorted out (5 mins) |
